User Agreement

Welcome to Vibro Pro. By downloading, installing, or using our mobile application, you agree to be bound by this User Agreement. Please read this agreement carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Vibro Pro, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this User Agreement and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our application.

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Vibro Pro grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the application for your personal, non-commercial use on a device that you own or control.

As a user of Vibro Pro, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when required
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the application in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
• Not use the application for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not interfere with or disrupt the application's functionality

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Vibro Pro offers subscription services that provide access to premium features. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Subscription Terms: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis as specified at the time of purchase
• Payment Processing: All payments are processed through Apple's App Store
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings
• Refunds: Refund policies are governed by Apple's App Store terms and conditions
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription prices with advance notice

6. Coins and Virtual Currency

Vibro Pro uses a virtual currency system (coins) for certain in-app features:

• Coins have no real-world monetary value
• Coins are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash
• Unused coins do not expire but may be forfeited upon account termination
• We reserve the right to modify coin values and redemption rates

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of Vibro Pro, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are the exclusive property of Vibro Pro and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. User-Generated Content

You retain all rights to the content you create within Vibro Pro, including:

• Cosmetic product information and photos
• Ticket collection images and data
• Usage records and personal notes
• Any other content you input into the application

All user-generated content is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Vibro Pro is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The application will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The application is free of viruses or other harmful components
• Results obtained from using the application will be accurate or reliable

10. AI Skincare Assistant Disclaimer

The AI Skincare Assistant feature provides general recommendations based on the information you provide. These recommendations are for informational purposes only and should not be considered as professional medical advice. Always consult with a qualified dermatologist or healthcare provider for specific skincare concerns.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vibro Pro and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of use, arising out of or related to your use of the application.

12. Data Backup

Since your data is stored locally on your device, you are responsible for maintaining backups of your information. We recommend regularly backing up your device to prevent data loss.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Vibro Pro at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates this Agreement or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

14. Changes to This Agreement

We may modify this User Agreement at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Agreement on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the application after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

15. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

16. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that this Agreement shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Vibro Pro regarding the use of the application and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
